Our Story
After meeting at a spa we both worked at in 2008, we instantly knew that we would have a lasting friendship. Our professional and business goals were very much the same, and we shared the same view on professional ethics and the way we looked at our jobs . But one thing stood out more than all that and that was our future goals in the industry.
We both had dreamed of some day opening our own spa in which our clients would feel as if it was there home away from home, and we could offer the best services with superior products.
In July of 2009 we proudly opened Bamboo Spa. We not only achieved our dream spa, and a wonderful place to work, but we truly did make a spa retreat in which clients feel like they are at their home away from home. Our clients are not just people looking for good services, they become family to us, and that is how we treat them. It is never too much for us to go the extra step to make them feel special.
In choosing the name for our spa, we discovered the name Bamboo. The meanings of the word made it very obvious that it was the perfect name for our spa. First and foremost it is the symbol of a long lasting friendship. This is what our spa is built on, the long lasting friendship of two people. Second is luck and wealth. We hope this not only helps us to run a successful business but also translates into the lives of all of our clients. And finally, Bamboo is associated with prosperity, peace, good fortune, success, and protection from evil.
